The Background Story
Cole Slaw

Cole slaw is a refreshing way to add roughage to your diet. We love Red Cabbage Cole Slaw but variety is the spice of life.

This cole slaw is a refreshing salad of cabbage and carrot and a mayonnaise based vinaigrette.

Some will add green pepper or other ingredients.  Ours is always a simple cole slaw.

Let your slaw sit a day or two. Cole slaw improves as it ripens.
